Scheduled for April 14 in Florence
FLORENCE, Ky. (Apr. 14, 2016) — Gateway Community and Technical College will host a Manufacturing Pathway Quick Start event from 4-6 p.m. on April 20 at Gateway’s Boone Campus in Florence.
High school counselors, seniors, parents, Gateway students and the public are invited to attend this open house to learn more from experts about the numerous pathways to manufacturing careers in Northern Kentucky.
Attendees will get to tour the Boone Campus and manufacturing labs, talk to staff and participate in a hands-on activities related to manufacturing careers. There will also be information on the exciting new 16-week Enhanced Operator program, which can kick-start a career in manufacturing.
Staff will be available to assist students with the enrollment and financial aid process for Gateway’s six manufacturing certificate and degree programs.
