LOUISVILLE, Ky. — After adding eight new attorneys at the close of 2022, the Louisville office of McBrayer PLLC continues to expand with the addition of Mitchel Denham. Joining as a Member, Denham will bring his two decades of legal experience to the firm’s healthcare, litigation, and economic development practice groups.
Having previously served as the Assistant Deputy Attorney General in the Kentucky Office of the Attorney General and as the Executive Director of that office’s Medicaid Fraud and Abuse Control Unit, he brings a wealth of practical knowledge to his practice. His extensive criminal and regulatory law background makes him a strong asset to McBrayer’s litigation and healthcare law practices. His government and administrative background will also make him a valuable member of McBrayer’s growing economic development team, which helps businesses that are looking to expand within or bring their operations to Kentucky.
“We have found an accomplished and skilled new colleague in Mitchel Denham, and we are proud that our firm has built a reputation that attracts such a high caliber of legal talent,” said Managing Member James H. Frazier, III. “Our Louisville office has grown by leaps and bounds these last few years, and we look forward to serving our clients even better with our expanded team while still offering the personal touch for which our firm is known.”
The McBrayer firm has seen significant growth in recent years and now features 62 attorneys among its ranks, with further expansion to continue. For more information, please visit www.mcbrayerfirm.com.
