PIKEVILLE, Ky. (Feb. 13, 2015) — The Shaping Our Appalachian Region (SOAR) summit will be held on Monday in Pikeville. Gov. Steve Beshear and Rep. Hal Rogers, who launched SOAR in 2013, will be in attendance.
