Program begins in the fall
HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. (July 13, 2015) — Northern Kentucky University’s Chase College of Law will offer a Master of Legal Studies degree this fall, Dean Jeffrey Standen announced today. Chase will become the only law school in Greater Cincinnati and Kentucky to offer such a degree.
The degree is designed for students who seek a thorough understanding of the American legal system and a range of law-related topics. It is ideal for working professionals whose careers require some legal knowledge, such as human resources or compliance work.
Graduates of the program will have a better understanding of how the law applies to their fields and areas, including contract issues, compliance, regulatory issues, administrative law, privacy issues, and other areas of the law.
Students may complete the program as part-time evening students or as full-time or part-time day students. Applications are now being accepted for the 2015-16 academic year.
