Will consolidate two locations into one
DANVILLE, Ky. (Dec. 18, 2015) — Ephraim McDowell Heart & Vascular Institute in Danville is investing $1.25 million into a new location at the corner of Walnut and Third Street to consolidate its two locations into one facility. Practices are currently located on Walnut Street and Ben Ali Drive. The anticipated date of opening for the new location is early May 2016.
“It is an exciting step in the growth of the Ephraim McDowell Heart & Vascular Institute which has become synonymous with the best quality care in our region,” said Dr. Hussam Hamdalla, an interventional cardiologist and medical staff vice president.
The new facility will offer office appointments, cardiac testing, cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation, and venous disease management including varicose veins.
Ephraim McDowell Heart & Vascular Institute offers a full range of services for diagnosing and treating diseases of the heart and vascular system in one of the most advanced, state-of-the-art cardiac catheterization facilities in Kentucky.
